Methodist Willowbrook Hospital review: Hospital online applications

I have an upcoming appointment and was asked to complete some forms at https://hm.well.app. I have been trying to connect and, like so many of their online applications, the URL states it doesn't exist. We have used this hospital for many tests and nearly continuously receive the same responses. In trying to set up appointments, we often need to wait on the phone for hours and are often deliberately disconnected.

If our primary care and other doctors didn't use this location, we would never use them, especially for emergency care. They are simply not professional in their admin support while their imaging services are superior. A recent ER visit for what turned out to be a stroke, resulted in 9 hours of being ignored. We finally left and went to North Cypress ER where we were immediately seen and cared for.
