Metergy Solutions review: Insane water bills

We were forced into using Metergy for our service provider when we moved from a house to an apartment downtown Edmonton. We noticed that the amount we were being charged for water usage was insane. More than what we were paying for a 3000sft house with a yard to water. The customer service was not helpful at all. Stated that the bill is correct and to check for water leaks with building management. They refused to send a plumber so we were left paying insane water bills. Our one bill for July was $380 for an apartment. They also charge by hot and cold water usage... I have no idea how this would be accurately calculated.
