Meridian Trust Investments review: Property contract dispute

On June 13th, 2023 Meridian Trust called my family members about my mother's house. She came down with cancer and my father recently passed away on May 24th, 2023, he was a veteran. My Mom has been late on paying HOA fees and led to a foreclosure, even though she always paid the mortgage. Meridian Trust contacted all her family members yet never once spoke to her. When they spoke to me, I advised I would need to review this with my mother however I found out later (after the phone call) that my mother was still in the hospital and being transported to home via hospice care as she just underwent surgery. Thus, I never reviewed it with her but since they said we could sign, I thought that meant in our name, not my Moms name. Meridian Trust sent an email to me and I forwarded it to my brother, and they told us "we can sign". They used docusign and already created a signature that I nor anyone else in my family created. It was done misleadingly and according to their contract, they allow two days to cancel and I sent an email the following MORNING stating we request to cancel due to the contract being invalid (they had my Moms name on the Contract even though she never signed it). I am requesting they withdraw the contract as we requested several times over the phone and via email.
