I went to the store Friday 4/20/2019 to get work done and the manager assured me it could be done by the weekend which is enough time to do the work and in my opinion I know if they stayed on my vehicle it could be done in one day. I dropped off Friday and came back Monday the 22nd of April and the van hadn't even been moved. I went in and the guy at counter said there were no one could do it that day either. I was quite upset because when I called Friday to check on it they said they wad working on it but they had to pull the guy off to do other work because they were short handed which was a lie cause the van hasn't been moved .so I came and picked up and the guy wasn't very apologetic on top of that and me and my wife has always used you guys but I'm thinking about going somewhere else unless something you guys can do to make this a positive outcome .thanks.
I also lost time from work and a couple of hundred dollars 2 and if they couldn't do the work I would of came back later all I wanted was a honest answer
