This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

After reading the posted reviews regarding the supplement hassle, I decided to order the Melt It Off program via phone to avoid enrollment in the pill program at all. I'm so glad I did, however, after 28 minutes and 14 declines later, I finally had my order confirmed. I was honestly ready to almost scream when the misery ended.

It's really a shame that this company continues to hound you with additional products, gas cards and free wal-mart "vouchers". It's insulting and frustrating. I hope the product turns out to be good after all of this!

Watch yourself on the call and pay attention to what # to push to decline.

I ordered product - claim on TV was try the product for 19.99 and 6.99 shipping. Add shakes trial for $1. The product arrived today and the charge on my credit card was $111.74 and owing $123. What a ripoff - none of the promises made by the customer service rep are correct - the shipping was $31.75. Don't make the same mistake - these are bogus offers. When I called to have it corrected, she yelled at me and sounded like she was underwater then tried to get me to order more. So I ended up yelling at her as she didn't listen and kept interrupting me! I hate these people and this company!

The phone order line [protected] begin_of_the_skype_highlighting [protected] end_of_the_skype_highlighting was not easy. Took forever as they try to sell you the kitchen sink and much more besides the 14.99 offer! They get your credit card number before they start hitting you with all these extra's that you need to 'decline' to avoid auto charges to your credit card every month and renewals of these add on's. Listen carefully and hit '0' to decline. At the end of the call it just ended, never informed me of the 'charge' amount on my credit card. I now have to call Customer Serice [protected] begin_of_the_skype_highlighting [protected] end_of_the_skype_highlighting on a weekday to try to verify that I was only charged the 14.99 per kit (I ordered 3) plus S&H. Or to 'cancel' if I find I was charged for any of the extra's that I declined on. If ordering on the internet website I understand you have trouble opting out of these extra's and must carefully read all the fine print in order to avoid these extra's that could mean multiple monthly charges for vitamins, medical, dental, and vision insurances, extra G-balls, extra vidio charges etc. This list of extra's goes on and on and on. Many of them would mean monthly charges to your credit card for renewals of these products/services. BUYER BEWARE! I'll post how this all turns out for me. I recommend phone ordering over the internet as they clearly state on the phone order what the offer is and allow you to hit '0' to decline on each offer. ONLY complaint I have is how long it takes to place the order and that they don't at the end of the call state what the charges to your account are or allow you to go back and change anything.

BE CAREFUL ordering this product! Be sure to read all the fine print! They keep charging you for the supplements which are terrible, and refuse to refund your card until the product is returned. Problem is, it takes 2 weeks after the your card has been charged before you even get the product to return. According to them "their system will not allow it". BULL! Shame on Mitch Gaylord for attaching his name to this product and this type of customer service.

The two DVDs that I have received do not work. The first four program stall. I wish to do the entire program.

I placed an order for the ball. Made sure i declined everything that's being offered. 1 hour later i gave up to getting a conclusion to the call. It's still going on. I hope that doesn't mean I ordered everything else. My left arm sure got a workout from keeping the darn phone on my ear.

After reading all the revies, I am going to wait til someone sells the DVD's and Ball on Craigslist. Sounds like a complete hassle!

I was very clear to the sales agent that I did not want any "extra" additional product. However, I just receive a shipment of dietary supplements that has probably been charge (without my consent) to my credit card.

This company is the worst I've encountered in years. You buy a product from them and they sign you up for hidden monthly fees.

After being ensured that I will not in billed, I am still being billed.

This product is a scam! You think you're ordering a DVD but you get suckered into shipments of Energy Boost pills. And they continue to charge your bank account/credit card. Mitch Gaylord's career has been reduced to a two bit scam artist! I want my money back!
