Do not do business with this company. After the initial contact that they make with you it is very difficult to contact them. They take weeks to respond to emails and you can not talk to a live person when you call. It has been a 2 and a half month long process to get everything straightened out with them. Our order came in piece mail, and with the first shipment we had to pay a $54 UPS Brokerage fee. We were not told by Melis that we would incur this extra fee. The second shipment arrived 2 weeks later and was sent via Canada Post; therefore we did not have to pay customs fees for that package. Melis also owed us a large refund, on June 10 we were informed by Melis that it was processed, we did not receive the refund until July 16, after having filed a dispute with the bank, sending a demand letter, leaving 29 voice messages and sending 16 emails requesting that payment be made. We were very disappointed with the customer service of this company; the last time they made contact with us was on June 10 via email. We called at various times and left messages in various voice message boxes including that of Susanna Atalay (owner); Robert; Retail and Wholesale. None of the calls have been returned! We will not be re-ordering from them! Now we are stuck with product that we can only do one time sales of...
