Hi, I made a complaint with the transport company known as Megabus and now their are actively preventing me from buying tickets with them after making the complaint about their services and how they had us wait for 2 h after the bus drive got lost and. Megabus UK Arrogant drivers

On the 17th of July 2021, we booked a megabus for outbound trip to London. The bus was expected to depart @10:45pm but we were informed that it was late for an hour. Finally after an hour thereafter we boarded the bus but the driver went on the upper deck and started shooting at the passengers for unknown reason and not contented he even phone the police. The police arrived and tried to extract information from us regarding noisy and abusive passenger/s but there was not even one one willing to give testimony as there was none. For that duration, the engine was not running leaving my kids exhausted, anxious, sweating and hardly difficult to breath. My wife went to the drivers that we are planning to get off the bus and demand for refund but however, the driver agreed to leave that moment. So, for nearly two hours, my kids experience neglect to breath.

The outbound as a but experience as well. On 18th of July 2021 we were early at the victoria coach station with the intention of getting on the bus first since I had a broken cast arm and decided to probably stay in the lower deck for easy access on the toilet. The bus crew started calling passengers bound for Glasgow to board the bus first totally not taking consideration that we were first in that gate since I have a broken arm and little kids. When passengers bound for edinburgh finally called, we board on the lower deck but this driver in very arrogant and abusive manner started shouting at us "Uuuuppp". I even explained to him that if we can stay on the lower deck of the bus due to the injury I have plus the kids. Was there a need to shout. He is not only very accommodating but very rude too. This I say a family trip turned nightmare sue to these kind of drivers your company is employing. Sad.
