I made a complaint with the transport company known as Megabus and now their are actively preventing me from buying tickets with them after making the complaint about their services and how they had us wait for 2 h after the bus drive got lost and. Their track my coach wasn't saying the bus was going to be late and their Admin from that stop only told us 15 min before the coach was due. So I made a complaint with them. they hadn't responded and now I am being denied booking fares on their coach. Which is why I am making a complaint with you.
Desired outcome: Full refund for the delayed coaches and the ability to book the tickets for future coaches.
They claimed the 1hr late Manchester-Lancaster service full, despite people having reserved seats. No refunds. Told they 'might' providecanother bus but no idea when. Ended up getting an Uber with 3 othercfurious passengers.
