meditechny review: worst ebay experience

Bought a button battery for CMOS backup for laptop $2.90 from meditechny. Laptop model clearly listed in ad. They Sent wrong battery. Note battery is heavily insulated making impossible to see model number of battery unless you cut it open. meditechny after four cumbersome and uneducated questioning emails, including taking pictures of laptop and both batteries, and asking me to look at covered up stock generic photo of battery on their site. (basically they were trying to wear me out costing an enormous amount of time jumping through hoops) but I was pissed for the principle. I took apart the original battery Gave them the exact model number of what I need. Said just send that and I will be happy. They said I would have to buy the new battery full price and send back the wrong battery only with TRACKING (you know how much that costs) to get credit. Paypal and eBay did not help and sided with vender stating policy. Longest most effort worst experience with Ebay Paypal and meditechny.
