Medicnow.co.za and Destiny review: Unauthorized debit 2

I am Alfred Koko Phekani, I was scammed by Medicnow.co.za and Destiny

They first debited R300 without my consent and I went to my bank and reversed it and stopped the account from ever taking my money, they now took my R190 on the 5th of June 2022. I then went to Destiny the company that I spoke to they said they are the ones that are working with Medicnow.co.za so I went to my bank again on the 6th of June and they said they can't reverse it and when I went back to Destiny so they can give me my money back they now said they are not working together with Medicnow and they won't give me money, I need that money back I'm a 60 year old man who lives on his pension
