Mecari Site review: Getting unauthorized user message

Please help me...

My shop "Alino's" aka alnrchrd was hacked last week. I recently added a Shawnee red ribbed vase.
I have tried to file many help requests from customer service, however, every time it says "unauthorized user"I tried changing password 3 different times to send site being down issue and get response "unauthorized user". My following is zeroed out, my followers are zeroed out, my balance is zerored out AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, I'M UNABLE TO SCORE FOUR pending transactions so I can transfer funds to my checking account for food and gas. I am a disabled senior citizens and my sales pay gas and groceries.

Can you please reinstate my website? I have many items pending, offers I can't respond too. I need to speak with human how to restore account.
