I am still waiting for the TechWatch that I ordered on the 15th December. Despite several emails complain about this unacceptable delay, all I have received is excuses. And I quote:
'There might be some misunderstanding that we needed to clarify. Our shipment process will start once you received the tracking number. You will receive the tracking number within 5 working days after purchasing an order. Our standard delivery time is 14-20 days upon shipping your order.
So, basically our standard shipping process will take 19-25 days upon purchase.
Moreover, due to christmas season there has been some delay in delivering the orders and upon checking your is now in transit. Thus, in exchange we're offering a 10% refund upon receiving the order.'
There has been absolutely no misunderstanding, as no where in their advertisement, does it inform you of this unacceptable delivery time.
So, basically they are taking their customers money, and using it to fund your dishonest business practices.
Due to my dissatisfaction, I started looking into this company, and I have found several website listing complaints for multiple customers, with the same complaint, which should be viewed before ordering from this company. A couple of which, I have listed below.

'Buyer beware! The company is in Malta, product ships from Singapore, returns go to China or Slovakia. Reputable companies will not charge you until they ship, MegaDeals takes your money the moment you hit enter. Only contact is through email, so good luck getting any resolution. I ordered a drone and never received the shipping info promised. I canceled my order and later they sent the drone. Cost to return item they should not have shipped - $90! Cost of item - $99'

They trade under several names, i.e., MaxDeals, MegaDeals, and DealBoom, so beware!
This is a dishonest company that should be avoided, at all costs.
I ordered the moskinator December 12/27/2019 and received it [protected]. It came with unintelligible instructions one of which is "Please use same voltage and frequency as this product: 220 volt - 50Hz". House electric supply in America is 110 volt. 220 is only for A/C and washer dryers. Then the only connector supplied was a USB connector to be used with a computer. You wouldn't believe the other idiotic comments in their poorly written and hyper small print.
I called them. Good luck. A recording said they would call me back. Yeah right. Never a call backe. I called them again. Got a third worlder with a very, very poor connection and she had poor English and could not be understood. I would tell her the problems and she hung up. I called back and before any one answered they hug up on me again.
I paid $69.99. Amazon has them for $18.99. These people are no good. I checked their latest 50% off price and it was $89.99. Their policy is to contact them within 3 days of receiving the product to get any satisfaction. How do you contact them when they will not talk to you? Their recording when you call is crystal clear but the customer service seems to be set up to keep the customer away.
