McLay Services review: Plumming

Last year in September 2022, I had a leak outdside of my house behind the washer. They came out three times before fixing it. They had to tear out the drywall behind the washer and dryer to fix it. They had to remove tile from the floor in my wash room trying to find the leak. They had to pull out the bricks outside and tear up a little cement. I had to pay someone to come out and fix the holes in the drywall and to repave the bricks. I understand that. I had to pay each time they came out. Whatever...

A couple of weeks ago I noticed the leak is back, exactly the same spot as last year. I called McLay on Thursday, Sept. 8th and they said that they would send someone out the next day. No one showed up and no one called. I called on Monday, Sept. 11th and Nellie was very dismissive and said that Chad would call me. I asked if they had my phone number and she said, "yeah, yeah". Chad never called me back.
