Maytag/Whirlpool Corp. review: Maytag front load washer model MHW5630HC3 SN CB22 00456

I purchased this washer on 9/27/22. It had annoying noises from the first use. Makes grinding noises at low spin/agitation and very annoying loud chirps at high spin speeds. Maytag says these "noises" are "normal" for new washers! A tech came out, verified the noises, and talked to Maytag service center. Was told the noises were "normal" for this model. He was authorized to remove top of machine and see if he could isolate the noises. He ran the machine EMPTY, not with a load of clothes. He could not isolate the noises and left. Now, noises are louder plus machine sometimes clicks OFF 10 minutes before final spin is done, leaving clothes very wet. I was told that a second tech will come out but if problems are deemed "normal" I will be charged a $145 service fee. Either I bought a lemon, or the Maytag quality is abysmal. I feel like Maytag is brushing me off and is not focused on customer satisfaction. Loud noises NORMAL? really?
