Maxpro LLC aka Power Sports Max review: ATV

The merchant claims it was refurbished and inspected but it was not. There are several damaged and missing parts.
1. The ATV stalls even when sitting in idle, and stalls while riding, which makes is very unsafe. Stalling on a climb or while giving it gas when extra power is needed could result in a fatality.
2. The battery was dead on arrival.
3. Battery strap missing so battery just bounces around.
4. The headlights and brake lights do not work.
5. The remote control is missing.
6. The safety line is missing - it is used in case of emergency - the ATV stops when it is removed. It is tied to the rider's wrist and if rider falls off, the ATV stops, preventing it from running without the rider on board.
7. Front carrier rack weld is broken, which causes it to rattle very loudly.
8. It is supposed to be automatic, but there is a shift knob.
9. There is no manual with it, so maintenance, safety, warning, usage, etc. docs are missing.
