This is not a complain; I just want to know where my order is?
I bought it on line... never got a refers number on my email however, I have a charge on my banking account for the $16.96 on 4/2/20, with this numbers following the charge HKGS [protected]... I don't know if this a phone number.
If you could send me a reference number so I may check on line... that I will eventually get it.

5 months still waiting, emailed them twice and their excuse is “ due to Covid orders are taking longer, but other things I ordered from China came quickly, wish they’d sent it out with Coronavirus, would have got here REAL fast

Same story here, placed an order on the 12th of April and never recieved it. I thought perhaps the order didn't go through as I didn' get a confirmation mail and I forgot about it. But now, going through my payments for another reason I found I was charged for it.

Placed an order on April 1st of 2020 and have yet to receive this order. Apparently, I'm not the only one who has this problem.
Now that it is has been 3 months, I can only assume I won't be receiving this product.
However, I will contact my credit card company and let them deal with your company.

Same. Ordered April 1. No delivery, no order update, and no response to any of my emails. I'm disputing the charge with the credit card company.

May complaint is the same as the above made by Yoli and April 30. I placed my order on April 4, 2020 and as of today, June 7, 2020 (over 8 weeks!) I still have not received my product. My credit card was charged $19.95 on April 4, 2020. I have emailed the maxsupport address many time and never receive an answer. Their confirmation email stated:

If you haven't received items in 30 days or concerned in any way,
please feel free to contact us via email. We will make every effort
to fix any problem (resend or refund any missing item).=

I AM CONCERNED AND EITHER WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED OR THE PRODUCT!

Please clarify statement above: "If you haven't received items in 30 days..." Is that 30 days from June 7, 2020 or 30 days from when I placed my order in April?
