This company has contacted me many times. I ended up speaking with Michael and requested to be removed from their calling list. Calls continued to come so I called again yesterday, 5/3/22 and "Karina" answered the phone. The call is a recorded line and she is not a real person but a recorded message asking for name, phone number and amount of debt that is owed. I called back again and spoke with another represented who confirmed she was a live party and told her to remove my number from their calling list. She claimed she would and hung up on me. Today, 5/4/22 I received another call which went to my voicemail. I called back and went through the same crap of waiting for this recorded Karina person to transfer me. I spoke with a female and immediately demanded that I be removed from their calling list. She said I would be and hung up on me. I called their number back [protected]) and used the menu to supposedly opt out of future calls by pushing 2 on my phone. I am considering this as harassment. I intend to pursue this matter.

Desired outcome: Force this company to recognize and cease and desist calling after someone tells them to not call again.
