I ordered an imperfect humidor from premiumhumidors.com and expected it to have scratches and dents (slight blemishes). What i didnt expect was for the humidor to have the top painted with a thick black line around it, it resembled a cheaper humidor call the professional when i ordered the executive. When i returned the item they refused to reimburse me for my shipping because they claim that it was an imperfection event though it looked exactly like the cheaper of the two. Besides that, this guy jerry ( the supervisor) was a class A jerk. He referred to me as a liar and insisted that my decision to get a brand new one was a "No-Brainer". I left two messages and called about a hundred times today but apparently he was convienently in meetings for 5 hours. the customer service is the worst i have ever seen of an online retail store and i will definitely never to business with them again.
I too bought a humidor from this company but they did ship it to me. I had to send it back because it had some damage. They did give me a shipping label but now that they have the item back I can’t get them to answer the phone or email. It has been 4 days now and I still can’t get them on the phone.
I have contacted my bank to contest the change and I contacted Quality Importers Trading Company their supplier.
I think these guys need to be shut down so they don’t waste anyone else’s time and money. I have spent days working on this.

I am some what in the same boat I would suggest that you take the advice above and also file a report with the Florida Attorney General and the IC3. I will include links below for further refrence.
