Really? I demanded cancellation of my trial the SAME DAY I signed up for it because I was unable to use the app on the trial period and couldn’t pull up the chat on the website to see the solved problem, and you guys did NOT cancel it but instead just tried to pull $74 from my account TWICE two days AFTER I demanded a cancellation! Why was this not cancelled? I am glad I put a block on your company to keep you from withdrawing that money. That is not okay. That is very deceptive and shady practice. Thanks for nothing!

My friend advised me to try this app few months ago and i know for sure that I’ll be using it till the end of my high school years. it’s extremely helpful and irreplaceable. i ususlly turn to math experts on expert chat and their feedback is always nice and friendly. it may take some time to solve some math problems but generally it’s rather fast and so far all the solutions have been made correctly. I get high grades each time i use it. no other tool helped me with math so much (and i’ve tried LOTS of them). i give it 5 stars

This app is free to install but once you download it, they won’t even solve 1 math problem without asking you to pay. Anything you click it will ask you to pay? I thought it would be free, not only that but it also takes time to answer so I have to put in a picture wait for a long time just to not get the answer and have to pay? I am sorry but it is night now and I lost my time to work on something extremely important that my grades depend on because of this! I don’t recommend this unless you are willing to pay an absurd amount for a little math answer

The app is okay. The problem is not realizing that you have to pay for more coins in order to get more solutions. I had already paid for the premium subscription, which is already a little pricey since I’m a college student already. But, I thought it would have unlimited solutions, and you wouldn’t have to buy them. Should of had something that let us know that we would have to pay again for more solutions. Plus, I would receive some experts that said they weren’t able to solve that particular problem which is a little disappointing since I really am struggling.

This app is good for simple question. For more complicated questions, if the answer is a partial and not exactly what you need then you cannot ask for more details. It’s just a money hungry app.When you waste some of your “coins” on an answer you weren’t looking for then theres no option but to accept the wasted answer. It’s really sad given the fact that students already don’t make a lot of money so every penny really counts. I’d prefer the app “MYMATHWAY”. They even give you options on what answer your looking for and you don’t have to constantly buy chances for answers.

I sent a picture of a multiple choice 8th grade algebra question and the first answer I got didn’t seem right. I sent the same question a second time and got a different answer. This answer does seem correct but now I’m not sure…. This also means I wasted 2 free questions on 1 question.

If anyone wants to know the price- it’s free for 3 days and then $9.99 a WEEK! During the free trial you only get three questions, then you have to buy coins to get more answers, this is during the “FREE” trial. No way would I pay $9.99 a week and then have to pay more for additional questions that may not be accurate!

This app is a scam. They tried to charge me $74, but my bank rejected it because it appeared fraudulent. It was. I never signed up for an account. Also, when I tried to contact customer service, the representative said that I needed to take a survey in order to cancel my subscription (you know, the subscription that I never wanted). Ridiculous. Why do I need to take a survey to delete an account? Also, when I clicked on the survey, the website wouldn’t even let me take it anyway, which I believe is also part of the scam. And, finally, to make matters worse, I asked the app for an answer to a single Calculus problem, and the app got the problem wrong. This app is absolutely fraudulent.

Don’t waste your money! They give you a free trial then tell you if you want unlimited solutions pay for the app. Well I need to pass my math course that I’m struggling with so I did because I actually liked the app and it was helpful. But then after using it for two weeks and paid the money they do an “update” and say that now you only get 10 free solutions a day. What’s the point in paying then! The free trial gave me 15 free ones lured me made me pay thinking ok cool unlimited help whenever I need it. Then go and “update the app” and change it. NOT WORTH 19.99 A MONTH. Besides they will get the answer wrong, you tell them it’s wrong and they say that there experts swear its right. When it’s clearly marked wrong!

I don’t usually do reviews, but I sent support me a request and asked a question about their app before I purchased it. Against my better judgement I purchased it before receiving a response and I have yet to receive a response 2 days later. I purchased the app and it does not work as easily as it appears. I paid for rent 12.99 monthly subscription just to try it & when taking a pic of the algebra problem it would not solve it but it directed you to the expert page asking for another fee. I’m very disappointed In this app it is not user friendly as they make it seem. I should have followed my first mind and tried the 6.99 subscription for the week instead of the 12.99 plus tax for the month for something that does not work

I got the app because my friends won’t help me nor my teachers. Now it didn’t specify anywhere that it did or didn’t do word problems. Now I sent the screenshot of the problem then 2 minutes later I got the the reply but when I clicked, it sent me to a subscription. I don’t have money, I don’t want to pay, just say it isn’t free instead of wasting my time getting me more frustrated with math. 0 stars wasn’t possible so I’ll settle for 1.

My problem wasn’t with the price it’s the marketing. Don’t market this as a free thing if I need to go through a pay wall to get the answers I need. Where is the step by step? It feels like AI hiding behind a human face. Honestly, I don’t wish to make a contact this shouldn’t be a issue in the first place still 0 stars but let’s settle for 1

DO NOT GET THIS TRIFLING APP! I tried to do the 3 day FREE trial and then pay $9.99 AFTER the 3 days if the app was good. They took $10.62 from my account IMMEDIATELY after me purchasing the FREE trial. Not only that but they only gave me 3 tokens and my expert answered only one question without giving me the explanation like I asked for . I went for the second question and they told me “unfortunately we cannot answer the rest because you don’t have tokens.” Excuse me? If I’m doing the math right … i had 3 tokens, got 1 questions answered so that’s 3-1= 2… So i should have had TWO tokens left for TWO FULL questions to get answered. Y’all couldn’t even answer one question fully? I’m livid! I demand a refund. Not only did you take my money but you took my 2 tokens! I paid $10.62 unwillingly to get one question answered WITHOUT the explanation.

I have always had good response time during morning and daytime hours. At night(PST) it is hit and miss. At times I get the response that there isn’t anybody there to solve my problem and I had to wait several hours. My biggest issue is I paid for the premium service which provides 10 solutions a day. I have a constant problem of running out of solutions and I have had to purchase solutions to continue my work. I contacted support and they fixed the problem within a couple of days and I received my 10 solutions. However, after I used those solutions the account did not provide me anymore solutions so I had to purchase more. I contacted support again was told I needed to purchase the premium service for the daily solutions. I replied back I was a premium customer and I received my 10 solutions. That was the last time I received any daily solutions. I have since sent three messages to support with no response. I like the app when it works because they will show the work on how they reached answer.

I purchase 9.99 for 3 coins which it’s pretty expensive in first place. 2nd when you asked for step by step for a very detailed work; some workers only send you Photomath work which I didn’t ask for. Not explain by details they trying to find easy way to get your money. I could use photomath at my own time but I asked for professional to help and yet they aren’t professional since they needed photmath to help themselves. Also the support team is very rude too since they quoted “ I don’t understand, what is the reason for your conversion? You pay for answers to your questions, and how the expert will do it is his personal business) The most important thing is that the answers are correct!” I didn’t ask for the answer in the first place I asked for step by step detailed work. I don’t care about the answer I care about how you solve this equation by steps. If I pay $9.99 I don’t expect you to go in photmath and just send me answer. I expect you to help me understand how to solve this equation step by step. I wouldn’t recommend this at all. They just trying to scam your money! DO NOT GET THIS APP.

I joined free trial of expertchat.. And it was for 3 days... I joined on 29th sunday oct...3 days trial was there... Before trial over I lost my money... And when I accidentally clicked purchase button they debited rs. 6000 from my account even without otp or any confirmation message... That was the only amount in my account... I lost everything.. Please help me.. Get my money...

I downloaded mathmaster because i needed help for my math assignment but i didn’t know that i have to pay for it. I accidentally clicked on the subscribe thingy and didn’t mean to like confirm it so i subscribed. I decided to use it thinking about the free trial stuff and after i finished my assignment i cancelled it right away. This happened a few hours ago. I cancelled my subscription right but why is it still giving me the premium features and emailed me a tax inovice? I also did not know that my mum’s account is on my phone and she cannot know about it so like is my subscription still going or what?

It took my money entirely in 10 min even tho it said 0.19 cent in a day. I paid for whole year cuz it was giving me answers but it’s all wrong. How do you guys doing business with it? It takes time, don’t have free trial, don’t give the correct answer. It’s expensive and it’s complicated to use. Like why is this even up in App Store ?

I wouldn’t get this app. It takes so long for someone to get to you and answer your question. You only get limited coins ( have to have them to get an answer) and half the time the coins glitch out and say u have less then u should. You pay for the premium it doesn’t do anything. I wish I would’ve looked at reviews before blowing money on this.

I downloaded this app to help with homework so I was waiting for my assigned expert to get back to me and to get help you need to pay 10$ which I really didn’t want to do. For someone who is in school I really needed this app. Math is different then it was for my parents there are other strategies so I would have loved this app if it wasn’t for the money.

For context, i’m 12 in middle school and i’m struggling on my math homework which is literally IMPOSSIBLE to do, I saw this app on an Ad and it said it’d be free! You can’t even see the solution when you get it! I may sound like a total Karen right now but i’m speaking the truth, I wouldn’t recommend spending money on an app that would lie about something.

I downloaded this app and the first time I ever used it the app said it would take 3 mins to solve my problem. It took about 10 mins. I was over it and decided I shouldn’t keep using this app and am attempting to cancel my subscription before they start charging me WEEKLY. They won’t respond and won’t allow me to cancel. I AM SO MAD! CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION!

There is no way to cancel the subscription. They send you emails back-and-forth telling you to increase your subscription. This buys them more time to charge you. Ultimately I still have a freaking subscription to some thing I don’t freaking want. I am losing money. Ironically in the math solving app it has become obvious to me that negative numbers in a bank account are bad. Screw this app!

I downloaded it so I could do pre-algebra, things seemed promising at first but then when I sent a picture of the math problem the step by step part i wanted to see was just advertisement for a free trial, I couldn’t see the step by step, also why would you advertise something to a person who answered the how old are you question as under 18. Pretty useless and now I’ve got one big ol 66% in math.

I was going to use this for my 8th grade math becuase I struggle with math A LOT and I thought I would just get the answers NO I have to give coins to get my answers like why it just not fair becuase I’m trying to get stuff done but no I have to pay TO GET A ANSWER HOW DOES THAT EVEN MAKE SENSE! I’m in high school trying to forgive out math homework. So, I downloaded this app. Mind you, I have over 6 months of school left. In order to even get a hint about a problem, you have to pay about $7 a week. There are about 3.5 weeks in a month. I have about 9 months left of school, so multiply that by 3.5 and by 7, and you get over $200. What high schooler has that much money. I’m not even old enough for a bank account!

I got this to help me with just learning math. I logged on and took a picture of what I needed, it showed the solution so I pressed it. Then popped up I had to pay to see what I needed help with? For me I then deleted it, it would be great for if a parent was doing for their kid. It is not for someone who is just trying to get help by themselves. I would DEFINITELY recommend for a parent that would pay for their kid.

This app costs $7 A WEEK - for only 3 solutions a day. That alone is overpriced, then mix in the fact that they frequently get answers wrong and will not reimburse you for it. So sometimes you quite literally pay $7 a week for nothing.
I have it 2 stars because it is real people behind the app, so sometimes you can get answers to problems you otherwise can’t get on automated math service apps - if they get it right that is.

The actual app is a great idea and when operational is a great app. However most of the time it’s almost impossible to get an expert I paid for premium and would wait hours for a reply.
This has happened more than three times in a week, I find it very dishonest to say buy premium and you will be answered within minutes and it never happens.

If you are doing statistics this doesn’t work for you . I have been getting wrong answers and long wait times even though I pay for priority! This is disgraceful and highly upsetting ! They call themselves experts but giving the wrong answers then telling you they calculated it right and it’s not . I wish this was a better program ! Because it does have potential to be better ! I hope this program gets better because it’s a waste of money !

This app obviously does not have expert help like it says it does.The first question I sent a photo of I got the wrong answer because these so-called experts gave me the wrong answer.This app needs to keep a closer eye on these so-called experts that they have employed to do the work that they obviously cannot do.I have deleted this app and if you’re reading this you should too because these people obviously just want money for some thing they cannot do correctly.

If I could give this app zero stars, I would the coins are expensive they’re nearly 2 dollars per coin. Most of the questions I submitted were answered incorrectly and I was still charged multiple coins each time they end the chat so quickly after answering your question you don’t even have an opportunity to let them know the answer is wrong then attempting to go through customer support takes hours I want my money back do not download this app they want $70 for 40 coins and they charge multiple coins per question
