Masuma Facility Services Pvt Ltd review: Maid services 1

I took a contract for a maid with this agency in Nov 2020. They charge for service fees, which is equivalent to one month maid's salary. The agreement says that if the company is not able to provide me the replacement, they will refund the remaining amount on pro-rated basis.
The maid they provided went to her hometown on Feb 14, 2021, and post that, there has been no contact. Neither the agency was able to provide the replacement, nor they were able to get in touch with the maid. After few discussions, one of the supposed "owners" of the agency agreed that they are not able to provide replacement, and I can get refund.
After a few days, the person stopped receiving my calls, and responding to my whatsapp messages. Then one day he gave me the number of another owner of the same agency, asking to get the refund from him.
Not surprisingly, when I called him, he denied giving any refund, stating that the person with whom I was talking to has left the company, and they cannot refund on words of someone who has left.
This a serious fraud. What do we do in this case? I already have got a maid from a different agency, after paying them for their service fees, on words of the first agency that they will issue the refund, but now they are denying.

I need help here in getting my refund back.
