Masters Air Duct Cleaning review: Dryer vent cleaned out

I called Masters Air Duct Cleaning to clean out our dryer vent. When I tried to call, the number rang and then disconnected. I scheduled the service for Monday, March 6,2023. When no one showed, I called and was able to reach someone on the phone. He told me that nothing had been scheduled. He rescheduled the service for yesterday, Tuesday, March 7. He told me that the service would be $75. The technician was running late, so my husband was here when he began the service. He charged him over $600 for the 15 minute service! He said that it was because he had to go on the roof. I asked for the owner or manage to contact me, and he has not.

This is very unprofessional and very fraudulent. The phone contact never asked me any questions about the location of the vent or the possibility of additional charges.
