I purchase 2 parts for my Masterbuilt electric smoker on July 9th. They took my money right away and thanked me for my purchase. They DIDNOT tell me when I could expect my parts. I filled out their form on the website twice. First one was on July 25th case # 597133 and the second on on August 3rd case # 604017. It is the same day that I filed a complaint with the Georgia Better Business Bureau. I tried calling the company but Masterbuilt DOES NOT have a customer Service phone number! very strange. It is funny that I received this response:

"Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry for the delay! Your order is in process. We are processing orders as quickly as possible. High order volume at this time of year can impact processing times. Orders typically ship within a few weeks, but it can take up to 21 business days (not including weekends and holidays) to process. We have sent an alert to the warehouse to have this moved as quickly as possible for you. The order is too far in processing at this time to be cancelled." Funny that I got this response the next day after the Georgia Better Business Bureau contacted them. The company still DOES NOT have a customer service phone number. Masterbuilt gets a 0 rating from me
