I pai a $75 deposit via Venmo for massage appointment that was canceled by the provider listed Skylar #23579 and never refunded.
The website www.massagefinder.com does not have a customer service telephone or email listed to voice any concerns, so I am stating here. I have text messages going back and forth for a month where Skylar was communicating health issues and offering the refund, but never following through.
I believe I am not the only person being deceived as her ad is still up offering her services despite her claims of health issues that incapacitate her.
Desired outcome: I would love my $75 refunded. I would also like provider's ad canceled due to the deception & lack of following through on providing the refund. Lastly, the site shd provide some clear means of providing feedback on advertisers/providers.
