Massage Medik review: Zero customer service

I have an issue with the M9 massage chair I purchased from Massage Medik and have been trying to contact the company for resolution. I have sent multiple emails, have called multiple times and have even submitted help tickets on their website and no one has got back with me. When I call them, it always goes to voice mail so I can only leave a message. I've done that about 15-20 times now. I have sent about a dozen emails to every email address I can find for the company and have not got a single reply yet. I have submitted 3 help tickets on their website and all of them have been close out with no comment or forms of resolution against them. I am dumbfounded why no one will get back to me and am wondering if this is a legitimate company or not.
