News Release

For Immediate Release - massmailservers.net (.com) Scam Revealed!

March 20, 2017 - I was looking for an email server I could send newsletters and occasional sales letters out to a large opt-in list. I called Mass Mail Servers and was very specific... I wanted a server based in the USA with a clean IP address so my emails would get delivered.

What I got was an IP based in Germany and all my email headers stated that the emails came from India. Obviously nowhere near what I ordered. And the result was just about 100% of my emails either bounced or went directly to spam. Even when I did a small test to two of my own email addresses, they got flagged as spam. Their online email editor didn’t work either... all the emails looked good before sending, but when opened after delivery to the spam box, they were all scrambled.

When I asked Mass Mail Servers to fix it, all I got was a big runaround and all they did was try to blame it on me somehow. It was obviously clear that it was their servers that were flagged from day one as spammers. They just claimed that they “do not guarantee inbox delivery”. I asked for a refund and even filed a dispute with paypal. They have been through this before and know how to pull sneaky tricks with paypal... they made one last comment to paypal in their favor (a big fat lie) and then they escalated it to a claim. That locked me out from making any more comments and paypal ruled in their favor.

WARNING! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH massmailservers.net or massmailservers.com or hotsol.net. If you do, you will be wasting your money because your email will never get delivered.

If you have been scammed by these companies, please contact the FBI internet crimes division and file a report today at http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx.

NO - I think everybody can plainly see who is the business that facilitates spammers. I couldn't use your service to send out a legitimate newsletter because all the email platforms already got you blacklisted. And they got you blocked good too - NO emails from your servers can get through!
