I bought a hoverboard for my sons birthday in August 2023. It worked fine for a couple of weeks but then it began to lose its charge really quickly. To the point it beeps straight away after a full charge. I got in touch with Marsboard. They requested videos of me charging the board and resetting the board. I complied and sent them the videos on a few occasions as they kept telling me either they couldn't view them on YouTube or the videos were wrong. This was very frustrating in itself. The solution they came up with was to buy myself a new battery from amazon ( to which they supplied a link ) and if I did,and it worked, the board would still be under warranty. This, to me , seems a bit backward as its their responsibility to supply the battery through the warranty as this is what a warranty is for... its been a huge headache communicating back and forth and getting nowhere. To be honest I don't know if I'm talking to a human when i do. I really wish I'd read the reviews beforehand but I've never before had any such incidences as this. I have a very disappointed 11 year old boy who hasn't been able to play with his hoverboard for the past couple of months and it's very unfair to be treated this way when we've put our trust in a company to provide an honest service for the price we paid.
