Marino & Associates review: Returns 1

The above company ( Marino & Associates) came by my house to demonstrate a new kirby vaccuum that they was saling and wanted to see if we was interested in buying. My wife invited them into our home and gave them drinks (soda) since they was working all day in the sun and some snacks. The sales man demonstrated the vaccuum and we liked it so he said write us out a check for the vaccuum and post date it for the following friday. If you don't like it before next friday call us back and we'll come back and pick it up since we'll be back in your neighborhood that weekend. My tried the vaccuum and said it was too technical so i call the sales guy and company back and told them to come pick it up since they will be back the following weekend...and the sales guy started cursing at me and threatening me and my government job. I was shock that the guy went off because i wanted to return the machine. We never used it and after i refused to argue back he said he was going to have the sheriff's office come by my house with a warrent to serve me and make me give them the money...I work with the court system and i know the process so i told he to go ahead. He then calm down and said he was again going to sue me and take away my security Clarence and ask me what do i want to do if i don't give him the money and process the check. Again i ask him how are you going to curse at me and threaten me over a return of item that was never used. He started cursing at me again and then i told him to have a nice day and hung up all while he was going off. I find this very unprofessional and bad look on the company and kirby> So without further due something has to be done and will be filing complaints papers myself as well as against the company. If I have to say anything i would never recommend this company or kirby to anyone. This guy made the company as well as his self looks bad.
