We bought a mantra wet grinder in Ratna Stores Chennai, India on nov. Brought it to US and the internal parts are broken.
Need to replace the parts. Don't know how to order them.
Internal parts are made of plastics which are meant to be broken so not advisable to buy this grinder.
if someone knows of service centre details in US pls let us know.

I bought mantra wet grinder it's only worked for 6 months only now it's not working
the website has no clear impllication of their spare parts centre. no contact phone numbers reachable. i'm really getting confused. this was a gift hence, unable to reject the gift, but no use in using this any more.

I very much agree with all the comments made on Mantra wet grinder. I bought one for my daughter in US and immediately on arrival it was found to be not working.Total fraud on consumers.

Ya i agree with it.I also buy a MANTRA wet grinder its internal parts are broken, On searching the website i shocked to see that the company was closed their production and they are no more on the market, Its such a bad experience i faced.
I agree with you all. Rathna Stores is the worst place I have ever been too.. I got the mantra wet grinder from there because the guy tells us that its a good one and all sorts of crap.. They try to market one brand they are assigned to (i thnk). They said Ultra brand is no longer available as its very expensive( which I am sure is not the case).
I bought the grinder to US and the quality is really POOR. I just feel like banging the whole thing on their faces... Its just a piece of Crap !
There's not service center in US. The service center that was provided by the dealer Ratna stores is of Premier. This is a big fraud company. Along with Ratna Stores, chennai, they are making a big fool of people.
