Good day

I have ordered a breadbin online from Manicaa on the 17/11/2020. I have been sending multiply emails to them and no reply. I only got a response later this year 06/10/2021. I was promised a refund till this day I am waiting for that refund. Is Manicaa a scam I do not understand how can they be unprofessional and their service is unsatisfying.

I have ordered eyeshadow crayons from Manicca on 30 December 2022. I received an order number and that's all. They don't answer their phones or mails. I am very upset. I am a pensioner and pray that i have not been scammed. My order nr is [protected]. Please please assist me. It will be highly appreciated. Regards Bambi

I placed an order- nr 76514 on Oct 14, 2022, 12:02:51 PM 2022. I was told the order had been received and was being delivered. e mails are not responded too. phone nr answered once but normally not. they could not trace the parcel. requested refund but no response.
