I have placed an order with Manicaa in 2020 before lock down. I still have not gotten my parcel. i have been emailing and all i was getting were excuses from them. First i was told about the delay since we were on level 5 lock down. i waited another few months. i again email i was then told about getting a refund and they asked about my details which i have provided them with. thirdly i was told i need to give an order no in order for them so start with the refund process i have again provided an order no. now i am not even getting any respond from them. this is a 3rd year now still i have not received my parcel. and lately im not getting any response from [protected]@manicaa.com.

Desired outcome: I would like Manicaa to refund me. i do not wish to deal with them anymore.
