This company treats employees like property (chattel). Considering they are a paid by client recruiting company it is almost hard to believe that over 25 plus years they have consistently intimated, demoralized, harassed, and destroyed the professional reputations of employees who have dared to leave them or succeed without them.
They make employees who are in vulnerable positions feel that the only success they have is due to the companies intercession and that if they dare to leave or aspire to something better they have betrayed the company. The use a pattern of threatening lawsuits, byzantine non competes, bullying, lying, calling professional contacts and accusing former employees of deception and dishonest practices and anything else they can think of.
They believe that when they lay off employees, that means that they are still paying those employees via the state unemployment fund and that those employees are still obligated to report in and work for them just as though they were still on the payroll. If an employee dares to challenge that assertion they use implied threats that will lead the employee to believe that they will report that employee to unemployment for refusing to accept offered work.
They are the living embodiment of the old adage "you will never work in this town again" since their aim is once you leave them you will never be gainfully employed in anything beyond menial low paid work for the rest of your career.
They are a Franchise of Management Recruiters International, and it is apparent that the franchiser does not care about how they are perceived in the employment market.
The best advice one could take about this company is if they are hiring...STAY AWAY
