Makro Online review: Samsung top loader washing machine/extended warranty/call center

We bought a samsung 19kg top loader washing machine from makro centurion on 19/07/21. An extended warranty was sold to us as well on inv 817. We have picked up problems with this machine and now it is not functioning anymore. We contacted makro on monday, and we were told that someone will contact us, within 72 hours, and make arrangements. Instead of honoring the warranty they got samsung to contact us and try and sell a new washing machine. Again, on wednesday I contacted makro and after the 3rd or 4th call I was told that someone would call us at approximately 9am the next day, thus today. Obviously, this has not happened. The call center is an absolute waste of time. I would be ashamed to be associated with them. Today I contacted them again and was told that we would be contacted within 48hours. I told them that I was not to be fed this rubbish again and wanted the claim resolved. I was put on hold to get someone that could resolve the matter, after 5min I finished the call and contacted them again-what a waist of time-useless.
