This lady name Danielle Bailey she is an Independent Recruiter for a number of company's. She gets you to come and work with her as a Independent Contractor and paints a beautiful picture where you will make all of this money. You make $500.00 per driver as a recruiter when you get them in to orientation. SHE BILLS THE COMPANY $950.00. This Danielle Bailey person will go off on any of her staff people, yell and curse them out, and not let them get a word in and threaten to fire you if you don't call her back in 45 seconds and keep all of your earned money that she owes you. Danielle also has these phone conferences that she says bring your favorite adult beverage. Well she has used and abused all of her staff people. I have countless hours and weeks of work that she has not paid out on. Warning to anyone or company who wants to do business with Makewideturns, DON'T. DON'T be a VICTIM of Danielle Bailey and MAKEWIDETURNS. Danielle Bailey has a problem and can not manage a business. Drivers either call in or go on line to fill an application out to either become a truck driver or change driving jobs and looking for a different company. Also if you want a truck driving job, call that company directly and don't apply on line to these big drivers board. Danielle Bailey also stated that she has an office and she was stuck at home while the roads were all icy and frozen, which come to find out that was nothing but a lie. DANIELLE THEN SAYS MOVE ON TO THE NEXT DRIVER. SHE ALSO GOT CURSED OUT AND HUNG UP ON BY ONE OF THE DRIVERS SPOUSE/WIFE BECAUSE SHE KEPT CALLING THEIR HOME AND HARASSING HER AND DEMANDED TO SPEAK TO THAT DRIVER. THEN SHE WILL CALL YOU AND CURSE YOU OUT AND TALK DOWN TO YOU AS SHE THINKS SHE IS YOUR PARENT. DANIELLE NEEDS SOME ANGER MANAGMENT AND AA HELP FOR HER PROBLEM.

Hello -you may think we were friends or family but not true -she scammed me the same. I feel so bad for every one of you who also got scammed and worked those long long days for nothing. It was recently so clear to me how she not only looks at each of you. but at me also. We are nothing more than people she can use and throw away so she can use us to pay for her lavish lifestyle and vacations while we suffer greatly. I too was tricked and she has no intention of paying me unless I will stay working for her 12 hours per day and then -maybe I will get some of my money. When you realize it is not only you missing your paychecks but most everyone then you understand. Horrible horrible miserable person to work for or associate with.

If you could spend as much time paying us our money instead of coming up with more scams to get us to work 4 free than maybe you would be able to find a real person who could leave a good review. Make wide turns and YOU are a total SCAM! Worst peice of TRASH I have ever worked for. Everybody knows. The review is TRUE 110%! Danielle LIED TO ME and she LIES to everyone. She STEALS your money and blames it on EVERYONE else. The "productivity numbers" are total [censored]. Enjoy trying to hit those numbers! You can transfer 25 drivers and still get 0 hires because they suck. Looks great on paper but anyone experienced know it cant be done working for a scammer who is more focused on having you make a bunch of money real fast and then keeping all of your money. Ever wonder why if it was so easy EVERYONE would not work? BECAUSE WE DO NOT GET PAID! Maybe a little here and there to keep you working or to fool a new person (the new person with the cherry picked good apps), but you quickly learn you are only there to be treated like her little ho. I have worked for make wide turns for 1 year plus and never had a problem with anything that was done or said at this company. the productivity numbers that are put out there are very reachable and very simple compared to other companies. i disagree with everything that was said in the posts above and in my opinion this are workers that could not make it in a home sale environment.
FYI, every time i have hired a driver i have been pay, EVERYTIME.
Make Wide Turns is a SCAM! The above is right on! Danhelle is a low life scam artist. She WILL tell you how easy it is to make money, then treat you like crap when you don't hit the crazy numbers SHE wants. The problem is you can work so hard to get drivers hired, and then the family members she has working for her that "processes the applications" (crappy workers who can't get a REAL job and click a button to send your app that you did) they do NOT submit them to the companies. I had times I would call a week later and they were like, ahh yeah, I did that. Oh I have to send it over again because well they got it last week but they want me to send it again. Total lies. We caught them ALL in so many lies. Then you Finally get someone hired and she Does Not pay you. She has SO many excuses why she won't pay. She told us the companies we hired for were total trash like FFE and Celadon and Koch and USA Truck and TMC and US Xpress. She told us they were crap so who cares if we send them crap. Just get the driver hired, then hire him on one of our other companies. She would say they all didn't pay us, and that's why we weren't getting paid. Or she would say the check was lost or the bank sent the money to the wrong place, or the bank lost the money or she had been sick or the weather was real bad or her bookkeeper messed it up or it was my bank that took weeks to transfer it. So many lies. Sometimes they would try to make then disappear so they could keep all the money and never ever have to pay us. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY. I don't know anybody who ever liked working there after a while. If you want a job where you get paid go Anywhere ELSE. I am still owed SO much Money that I will never ever see and I was one of the really good workers. I worked so hard so I could pay our bills and she did not care that she was causing me to lose everything and ruin our credit by not paying me the money I earned.
Danielle Bailey is known not to pay her employees. She only takes care of her relatives that work for her, she also has no business license. She is running a illegal business out of her home. DO NOT WORK FOR HER! Everything on this site about her is true, there are a number of people who she has not paid and owes money to. I hope she gets put out of business real soon.
