I am extremely concerned with the way the Mainstays hotel located at 1020 Buck Jones Road, Raleigh NC. It is either the manager or whomever is running this hotel named Eric Hines who is extremely rude, nasty, demeaning and speaks horribly to his customers. My daughter and granddaughter has been staying at this facility for almost a month now, which I have been paying for her since she is going thru some personal issues and I am helping her stay there and this man has done nothing but be nasty, short and extremely rude to her not to mention some of the other customers whom have been going thru this as well. I have spent more than $2000 and for this individual to be as rude and as obnoxious as he has been is totally unacceptable. I am not demanding for a full refund because it was done for my daughter and granddaughter, but I am asking for some type of repercussion or compensation. I do not want to report this to the Better Business Bureau, I would like it settled here. Eric Hines does not know what is going on with his customer’s personal issues to act like a such cold monster and a [censored] and this is totally unacceptable. I am extremely angry and aggravated that my daughter and granddaughter had to endure such an evil individual. I also feel sorry for his employees for they have done nothing but feel demeaned and unappreciated. His lack of customer service and his disregard is disgusting. How horrible of him to deny the necessities that the customers are entitled to while they still have to pay to stay there.
Samantha Stewart is my daughter’s name and she has been staying with her daughter Zara, whom is just 4 years old, and I have included her in this email, so she has an opportunity to give her side as well.
Can you please do something about this person named ERIC HINES at this location.
