My name is Amanda Charles. My contact infomation is [protected]. My mother and I never file our taxes with Mr. Venry F. July before we decided to try, therefore we left our tax documents with him and we needed to return to give him additional documents. We did not give Mr. July authorization or agreed for them start our taxes. Mr. July's daughter, Denise July, had contacted me on 2/23/09 to ask me for my bank account number and i toll her that they do not have all my documents and i am not there for them to start my paper work therefore she should wait until i bring all my paperwork. My mother had contacted Mr. July on 2/19/09 to ask him how much he charges to do the taxes and he refused to tell her and was very disrespectful. I did not feel comfortable with letting him file my taxes, therefore i contacted him on 2/20/09 and informed him that i will be coming to the office to get my documents, however, Mr. July toll me that he will not return my paper work to us until we pay him and then hang up the phone on me. I called back and he would answer the phone. I informed him that i did not give him authorization to start my paper work and second of all i am not there in the office and third of all they do not have all our documents, but he still insisted on refusing to return our documents until my mother and i pay him. the only thing we did was left our paper work at his office and needed to return with additional paper work for Mr. July to start our taxes. We did not return and we did not sign any paper work with him and he refuses to give us our documents.
