Macco Painting and Body Repair – Damage to auto key fob

Left 2019 Ford F150 XLT 4 door Crew Cab for repair of damage to right side. Macco Store # M2180 1901 Leroy Dr. # D Northglenn Colorado 80233 Phone# [protected] on 7/11/2022. The repair was completed on 7/14/2022. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I found that my Key FOB was broken. They refused to replace it. They said they weren't responsible for damage to replace parts they broke. I brought the key FOB to Ford they said that the key portion was bent and that is what broke the inner electronics. The Key FOB now does not work but one way in the ignition and most of the functions have been affected. The cost of the key FOB is $350.00. The Key FOB work fine when I came in.
