I have been member with Alibaba for the last 3years and thru alibaba M/s.Shijiazhuang South Coal Chlor-Alkali Chemical Co., Ltd. and
M/s.Hebei Wayne Chemical Stock Limited - contacted me for supply of PVC resin, when the material reached my factory it turned out to be chalk powder like thing, which we could not analyse what it is till today(USD15, 000Loss), when i made a complaint to Alibaba, theygave me a case number & they took all the documents and finallyafter 40days they said since these two supplier did not contact thru Alibaba, we cannot process the case, it is a shear eyewash on the part of alibaba, eventhough those two companies are Gold Member of Alibaba, even though i submitted that they came thru alibaba with a valid email proof, now alibaba stopped responding to my emails.So i truly and sincerely request all the people who are using Alibaba not to trust them for the simple reason even though myself and the supplier were Gold member of alibaba, they never took pain to identify the problem and get it solved for their members. I am concerned about others also, who can b scammed by these kind of chinese suppliers & that too thru Alibaba portal.
Hi, there are many frauds around China market, especially in chemical and electronic industry. As we know, many chemical frauds come from Hebei city, Tianjin city.

We ordered and prepaid the full container in October 2011, the sum was 25520, 00 USD.
In December 2011 we received this container from them, from our harbour to our depot.
We have made a chemical analysis of the content from all the drums of that container.
Unfortunately, there isn’t the SLES 70 % inside those drums; it is the water 93 %, 5% percent of salt
NaCL and 2% percent of unknown detergent in the residue of the dry test.
Unfortunately, this content isn’t a SLES of 70% (seventy percent) concentration which we have ordered from: Tianjin Maker Chemical Industry Co, Ltd.
It is a complete fact of cheating from the side of Chinese supplier.
This event has made the blemish on the names of all Chinese potential suppliers of SLES 70% and some other chemical materials which we would want to buy from Chinese Republic.
We have the negative information about a number of the same cases in the chemical consignments of from Chinese Republic.
We are waiting for your opinion and comments concerning these facts?

I had same problems and please attention that there is no credit on Gold Suppliers and Alibaba have nothing to do.
So don't believe on Alibaba gold Suppliers as a credit bcuz if such thing happeneds they don't do anything.
Also Hebei is a province with highest risks in China for business Also in Chemicals .Do you remember the milk problem with America it was in Hebei.
Please open yours eyes widly bcuz you will be cheated in a second.
the Supplier brought me to Lab to test the sample there and they changed to sample in a second inside the lab.
Also the China government must have more attention in Hebei also the courts.
