The Bus Was expected to arrive at the Court Circle Pickup Point at Udaipur at 5:15PM.
The Bus was on time but due to unforeseen circumstances i was 4 minutes late at the pickup point. I immediately contacted driver at 5:19 PM and he said to come at the next pickup point. As soon as i reached there ...he said to come to next pickup point. I reached the next pickup point the fastest i could. I contacted driver and he asked me to come at the next pickup point. I was finally able to catch hold of the driver after 3 pickup points were crossed. The driver was extremely Uncooperative and apathetic . On finally boarding the bus ... driver was shouting at me loudly for being 4 minutes late and was being extremely rude.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology from the driver for his actions and attitude.
