This company advertised wigs on a website similar to Luvme Hair Wigs whom I have made purchases from in the past. The email communications I have received from them are from, [protected]@luvmenhairs.com. I have been trying to reach them in order to return the merchandise because it is not what I paid for. They don't have a phone number on the email, only that email address. However, every email that I send to them, which is supposedly the way to contact them, the emails come back rejected. I cannot find any information on this company, so somehow I landed on the fake website and got scammed.

I ordered a Handmade Natural Quartz Crystal Transparent Tea Cup because it was SUPPOSED to have been made by a disabled AMERICAN VETERAN. What I got was a cheap-assed production glass cup in a box COVERED IN CHINESE! After complaining and wanting a FULL refund, I started getting discount offers and I could keep the cup or sell it. Now, after 4 counter-offers, I am being told I can return the cup TO CHINA and it will likely take two months and cost me an additional $20 (estimate) to ship it back to CHINA! I am beyond peeved! Thank goodness I used PayPal, so they don't have access to my personal credit card info! They've destroyed my confidence in buying on-line and will never do so again without deep research!'

I just received a package coming from 3 Lincoln Drive, Fairfield NJ which I did not order. The package has two XXL dresses in separate plastic bags and what appears to be a size 10 gold shoes. Everything in the package is ugly to me and I don't even wear those sizes. The paper in the package is in Chinese only. I am going to keep an eye on my credit cards to make sure I am not charged for these items I didn't even purchase. I am just going to donate them because I don't know who to return them to as the shipping label states please contact seller before reject or return and I don't know who is the seller.

Recently purchased some "mystery mail packages" from a local discounter who buys truckloads of these returned and undeliverable mail packages.

The vast majority of those I purchased, given to me strictly by random, were from "Jane" with the address:

3 Lincoln Drive

Fairfield, NJ 07004

Out of curiosity as to who this seller was, I find myself here and see the majority of complaints coming from those ordering wigs, and while I received a couple of wigs in my "mystery packages," I also received incredibly cheap clothing, fake designer goods and various sex toys and aids.

I write this as I have no specific complaints with "Jane," but I did want to make the consumer of "Jane's" products aware, that their returns to "Jane" as well as any packages that were incorrectly addressed to their buyers and marked "Return To Sender" for various addressing issues, never are returned to "Jane" at all...it simply isn't worth it for them to pay for the cost the postal service charges for the return of those packages so they refuse and those packages then end up in these bulk lots of mail that people like the discount dealer I purchase from, buys by the truckload.

They can send you all of the pre-paid labels in the world because they aren't charged for them if they never claim the packages. The packages are never scanned as delivered = no charge for the return label issued. They can see that you have put the package in the mail and may issue any refund due at the point that they see the item has initially been mailed. It has ZERO to do with them actually having the item back in their inventory and double bonus, if they actually con the buyer into paying a fee for the return postage label that they generate as well as "restocking" fees, but never claim the package, they just got the consumer to hand them cash for something that costs them nothing, and can string the consumer along for weeks claiming they are "processing" the return.

Beyond the obvious inconvenience to the consumer, the buyer should also be aware that short of a return that they themselves pay for not using the seller's pre-paid label, will result in their personal contact information given to anyone who gets their hands on those packages. Beyond the item/s ordered, the mailing label with the consumer's name and address are just handed right over to buyers like me purchasing these packages and we often find detailed notes regarding the reason for return as well as FULL CREDIT CARD INFORMATION for issuance of credit tucked inside the package.

Please, folks, I implore you to take every precaution when ordering from ANY company online. JANE is far from the only company that issues prepaid labels and then declines returns. If your bank or credit card issuers offer virtual credit card numbers to use for online purchases, USE THEM. DO NOT INCLUDE ANYTHING more than necessary to process a return in your package.

UPDATE: So, I filed a dispute with my bank to get back a full refund on the order I placed with this scam company and my bank got back my full refund from them. They constantly kept trying to offer me some of my money back. They started off with just offering me 15%, then 30%, and then 50%. I just got tired of the back and forth and went ahead and filed the dispute. They wasted no time refunding my money in full. It was no more than five days after my bank contacted the company, they put the money back in my account.

I believe they did it because they know they are running a scam and did not want an investigation to start up on them. They know what they're doing is wrong and illegal. I tried complaining to Facebook about it, but they just ignored everything I said, wouldn't even allow me to send them proof.

I got my money back, maybe the rest of you should take the same route I did, file a dispute with your bank.

Hello,

I've been emailing then at: servicer@luvmehairs.com. That's where they send me emails from.

I was scammed by same company, Luv Luv, (thought they were based out of China since they told me it would be cheaper to accept their 15% refund ($8.90) rather than pay shipment cost. Who are they to tell me that? Received unacceptable wigs (3 for $59.99) after ordering from their SCAM page. Anyway package came from New Jersey. I contacted BBB (NJ) and was told there was nothing they could do. Found out, on official LuveMeHair page, I wasn't the only one scammed. Credit card company credited account for $59.99 but said they would look into problem and if not resolved they would charge me interest on the $59.99. (WHY)

Luv Luv (Fake company) states I'd have to pay for shipping to return bad wigs, no problem with that. Just looked on BBB page (Fairfield, NJ has a phone number) But who is Jane?

Cancer Survivor totally upset!

I am going through the same thing right now with this company. I bought three wigs for $65.97. They sent me three wigs I did not order and when I contacted them about it, they told me they are an international company and could not take back the wigs. They told me to keep the wigs and offered me 15% ($15.60) of my money back. I told them this was unacceptable and that I was going to file a dispute with my bank because of their fraudulence. They then offered me 30% of my money back. Again, I told them no and told them I need them to send me a prepaid return label so that I could return them back to Jane, 3 Lincoln Drive, Fairfield, NJ 07004. They then came back and offered me 50% of my money back. I'm typing up the response now and telling them I will only accept 100% of my money back and I will be filing the dispute with my bank in the morning. I told them I have all the proof that they are trying to rip me off with the order I placed, photos of the wigs they sent me, and all the correspondence I have had with them about this situation.

And now, finding this website, which I am bookmarking, let's me know they are not a real company at all and are ripping people off with every order. I wonder if the girls who are advertising those wigs on their social media know they are working for a fake company, or are they all in on it too?

There has to be something we can do together to shut this company down.

I ordered a wig on the website that said luvmehair. But when I reached out to them the email said luvmenhair. The wig wasn’t what I ordered at all, so I reached out to them about a full refund and return the item. No response and now I can’t go on their fake website to complain. Please save your time and money. The wig looks like a 5 dollar wig. Smh totally unacceptable.

They sent me different wigs than what I ordered. When I emailed them for a refund they refused to give ne a refund, Then they offered 15%, 25 % and 30% refund and I keep the wigs. The wigs are nothing like I ordered. They wanted me to return the wigs to their vendor out the country although the adress on my return label was from New Jersey. They changed their email and I am no loger able to contact them.

The email I had was service@luvmenhair.com

The address on my shipping label is

Jane

I ordered a wig and received an email which said that the item was shipped and then I received another email stating the item was delivered of which I never received anything as the email said I would, plus the company is unreachable so I will never order from this company again and I got scammed in three days. 😠😡
