Luther Sales review: Horrible service no product/refund.

Horrible experience

I placed an order back in July I believe, an allotment was created and payment withdrawn. Never received any items keep getting run around about shipping with the rep.. I requested a refund at the beginning of September and still have not received. I put allotments on hold due to not receiving product, or refund of amount taken from my check. I have been more than patient. Took my money and received nothing.

Can't get an answer on phone. The web won't let you contact them kepp getting error message. Worst experience ever with Luther sales.

Update: 10/12/23

I have contacted Luther sales in every way I know how. On 9/27/23 rep reached out ask for my address saying he'll submit for a refund. 15 days later still no refund. On 10/12/23 I received this message:

Hello Marina, this is Jessica with Luther Sales again. I hope to get another update sometime next week regarding your refund. I will update you as soon as possible via text and email.

My original rep is no longer responding!
