Luckylandslots.com review: Customer service

I'm trying to redeem a prize but am unable to do so because a phone verification is required with the phone number you registered your account with, I have since changed my number I contacted customer support and for 7 days have been giving the same run around they ask for information in order to assist further I give the information then get no respond it's been days of waiting for someone to get back with me from customer support, I've put in quite a bit of money to this website and really enjoy playing but bummer that I can't redeem my winnings!
Please help!
