This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

I have been a verified participant on Lucky Bits Vegas and have followed every posted rule, verification requirement, and sweepstakes eligibility term. After extended gameplay, I accumulated a significant balance of Sweeps Coins — more than $38,000 — all of which were fully played through and confirmed by their system as eligible for redemption.

Despite meeting every requirement, the platform currently will not process any redemption request. Every attempt results in the same backend system error:

“requestedAmount must be a number type, but the final value was: NaN…”

This error appears regardless of browser (Safari, Chrome), device (Mac, iPhone), network, or formatting. I have tested every reasonable variation. The problem is not user input; it is the platform itself preventing redemption while still allowing deposits and regular gameplay.

Support initially stated that my account was verified with no restrictions. Later, they suggested that I was entering the numbers incorrectly, despite the fact that I tested every possible format. The issue persists with no functional workaround. The only consistent outcome is that redemption is impossible.

When a sweepstakes-based platform approves deposits, encourages play, and then repeatedly delays or blocks redemption after requirements are met, it creates a serious consumer concern. I have communicated with support multiple times, provided screenshots, and asked for clarity or a clear timeline. The responses so far have been vague or contradictory — shifting explanations, references to unspecified “reviews,” and now an additional 2–3 business days before a potential fix, followed by another 3–5 days to “process,” and then another 7–14 days before any payout would even begin. Realistically, this means a minimum of a month before a successful redemption might occur, assuming the system ever allows one.

I am not making accusations. I am stating my direct experience:
• Funds marked as eligible cannot be redeemed.
• The error persists across all devices.
• Support responses have been inconsistent.
• The company provides no clear explanation or timeline.

This situation leaves consumers in a vulnerable position. I am filing this complaint to document the issue, warn others to proceed carefully until redemptions function reliably, and request transparent communication from the company.

I will update this complaint if the matter is resolved.

Country of complaint: United States

Claimed loss: $5,000 in verified Sweeps Coins remains inaccessible due to a persistent error blocking redemptions, along with substantial time and effort wasted attempting to resolve the issue with support.

Desired outcome: Immediate restoration of redemption functionality, confirmation that my account is unrestricted, and prompt processing of all eligible Sweeps Coins without further delays, errors, or contradictory explanations from support.
