I hired Brandon J DeBoer of LQ1 Media for Meta Business Manager and Facebook ad account recovery services. The service was presented as specialized and high level, with direct communication with Meta representatives and a clear path to reinstatement. I was given specific timelines and repeated assurances that the issue would be resolved quickly.
After payment was made, the pattern changed. I was told multiple times that the matter was “almost done” and that it would be resolved “by Monday.” Monday would come and go with no resolution. Then another explanation. Another delay. Another promise of progress.
I requested updates and proof of communication with Meta. I received verbal assurances and voice notes claiming progress was being made, but no clear documentation or concrete evidence of actual movement. The communication remained calm and professional, which initially made it seem credible, but the results did not materialize.
As time passed, deadlines continued to be missed. The same phrases were repeated. When I formally requested a refund due to lack of delivery within the represented timeframe, the responses became slower. Additional explanations were given. Eventually communication stopped altogether.
The most concerning part of this experience was not aggressive behavior or obvious red flags. It was the consistent, confident, rational tone combined with zero measurable results. That combination makes it easy for time to pass while nothing actually changes.
After researching further, I found other complaints referencing:

If you are researching LQ1 Media, Brandon DeBoer, or any Meta account recovery service connected to these names, I strongly suggest you DO NOT move forward with them.
I am documenting this experience and pursuing formal complaints through appropriate regulatory channels.
