I purchase a kitten from Paula @ Lovely ragdolls in June 2010, I fell in love with this kitten, everything was fine until one day I notice that one of his eyes kept tearing up and running. So I took him to the Vet and she said it was due to a clog tearduct which she said was not a problem, she would unclog the tearduct once she neutered him. So the day comes for him to be neutered, the vet calls me to tell me that she could not find the tearduct in his eye. She said the left side of his face was a little off, to the point that the tearduct gland was inside of the eye where you can't reach or see. The Vet then said that his eye will continue to run...I could deal with that. So, now my kitten is neutered and I called Paula to tell her about his eye and his surgery. She said we don't have time to check the eyes for tearduct, she then got a little defensive, I told her I had faxed his paperwork for his surgery and I will be looking for his pedigreed paperwork...well it's been 5 months and I'm still looking for it. Lovely Ragdolls don't return my phone calls or e-mail's now, but I won't stop until I received them. I don't know if my kitten is registred or if his parents are registered but I'm determine to find out and I will, so Paula you don't have to answer my phone calls or my e-mails, but you will be hearing from me/or my alterate spokeperson.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I am a fraud? Would you like to tell everyone how much you have paid towards your kitten? Nothing. Do you know how much extra I have paid out so far on your kitten? For the rabies shot, pet passport, titre testing, vets visits - and that's on top of raising her and so-on?
Why haven't you answered MY emails? You know she was neutered just before Christmas - I wasn't going to ship her to you until she was 100% after her op. Her wound would have to be fully healed over. She will be in a crate for a long journey, where she will most likely soil her bedding - would you want a wound to sit on urine and faeces? I emailed you twice early this month to say she would be ready to go shortly, but I have heard nothing, until I heard from another breeder that you are now going to get two from her instead.
So, you have lost nothing, and I am substantially out of pocket. You haven't bothered to reply to my emails - but I am the fraudulent one?
Candice Prowtig is a well respected and reputable Breeder in the UK. Jamisones, maybe Candice felt YOU were not worthy or responsible enough for one of her kittens. ;)

I purchased a ragdoll kitten from Jessica in March of 2009 and did not experience any of the problems mentioned above. She spent ample time on the phone with me during my indecisive selection process...never pressuring me whatsoever. My beautiful kitty, Dora, arrived healthy and happy with the cutest personality! Dora grew up sleeping with her best friend, my then one year old boxer, Rose. I awoke many mornings to them curled up together.
