I am filing a complaint against Loudoun Water regarding an unexplained and excessive increase in my water bill.
My normal bill is around $200 every two months, but my most recent bill is $533.42. I contacted the company and was told there may be a leak. However, I conducted thorough testing (including toilet dye tests) and no leaks were found. A technician also confirmed the meter is functioning properly.
Despite this, the company has not provided a clear explanation or resolution.
I am requesting a full review of my bill, verification of the readings, and a correction of any errors.
If this matter is not resolved, I reserve my right to pursue further action
