These are horrible fake Christian Louboutins, they arrive looking cheap, and disgusting with glue all over the shoe. they said they'd send a refund, it never came. Horrid merchant don't buy from them or give them your credit card details.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
