Signed a contract and gave deposit on July 3, 2025.
According to their contract, I had 3 days to cancel, which I did on July 8, 2025.
On July 23 I called to see when I would receive my refund.
Over the next few days made several phone calls, eventually talked to 2 senior people with more excuses and lip service.
Finally received my refund on day 14.
Long Home wants you to follow the terms of their contract but do not follow the terms pertaining to them.
Recommendation: Know what you are buying before signing. Get the 20% discount at the end to sign if you feel it's a good value and they might perform per their contract, but realize you have little recourse if they fail to perform.....
