Lone Star Overnight review: Shipping company

WillMax Capital Inc. has been requesting a refund from Lone Star Overnight since 4/20/22. The amount is $181.44. I have at least 19 emails back & forth saying they would refund us. As of 1/11/2023 they have not refunded us.
The original claim ID # from Angie Melchor is #[protected]. Then she sent me another one for some reason that is #[protected]. I was told the refund was approved on 6/14/2022 and that our claim had been resolved.

As of 11/9/22 after trying to get this resolved they gave me yet another ticket #5087.
It appears that now every email I send (which is the only way to contact LSO) comes back with an automated message that says "your email is very important to us. We are monitoring this inbox and will respond to your email asap" which no has responded to now since November 2022.
