stayed at the London star hotel 51 -53 Steyne road Acton w3 9nu for two nights on the 16 and 17th September 2022. while the room was good the hotel advertised it had a restaurant and provided a free continental breakfast ,when checking in we were told there was no restaurant and no breakfast . When making the booking these facilities were on the website and were a factor in picking the hotel . Can you offer any form of refund ?
