Logan Services, Inc., A/C and Heat review: Terrible customer service

We have 3 small houses we rent out and the furnace went out for one of them and we needed service. The houses are managed through a trust for tax purposes. The owner's wife apparently has zero clue and in my opinion, she is dumber than a box of rocks because she kept saying she can't service commercial property. We explained this is a small house and the trust is for tax purposes and all we need the trust name put on the invoice but they are in a trust owned by my dad. She wanted to argue and argue over it so we took our business elsewhere. I would recommend staying away from this company.
